Where is the Fashion? Party? Beauty?
In 2024 Autumn I started a new serie, where I explained the Fashion - Danmarks Domstole - Domsresume.
This is a new series. I take a few fashion-related judgments and show them with a different focus.
Judgments can be interesting if you like to search.
In this intro, I provide some basic information, plus some keywords, that can catch your eye.
(1-22 pages of the 60 pages) Important to acknowledge, that when a designer comes up with a self-design, it is necessary to document every detail.
I think this judgment is well built up, it is worthy to teach it to designers in fashion schools, so they can be more careful about documentation. As the fashion expert, who also has more than 20 years of experience as an educator provided a well-detailed analysis about how to check properly a finished product.
(22-32 pages of the 60-pages) The opinion of the Rains company, plus several purchasing tips and tricks. As in China the big producers usually do not sell the textiles directly to big companies, like Rains or Zara, but they use several "sourcing" companies. These details are important in Denmark, especially if we think about Aftaleloven or Købeloven.
It is interesting to see, how many purchasing paths are possible to get what you plan to have...
In the second part of the second picture published today, you can see the importance of marketing and sales strategy as well.
I show you the basic legal "shopping list" that was used. Several important legal definitions are related to the case.
Then minimum of one legal practice was mentioned.
Plus 3 relevant previous cases.
My picture also explains how to find the PDF version of the three cases on the
- https://eur-lex.europa.eu/
So today, you can learn about
1. legal "shopping list"
2. how to find cases on the Danish Court website
3. how to find cases on the European Union Law website
3. how to find cases on the Swedish Court website
4. how to find cases on the Norwegian Court website
And a lot more...
